Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our full‑cycle recruiting. The role involves sourcing candidates, planning interview and selection procedures, and participating in career events. You will develop long‑term recruiting strategies and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and forecast hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
• Source and assess candidates through job boards, social platforms and professional networks.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in‑person interviews.
• Provide analytical recruiting reports and manage recruitment budget.
• Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or staffing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Familiarity with AI tools (optional).
