Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

eRecruiter Africa is a recruitment consulting firm focused on talent acquisition, management and mobility, and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (recruitment consultant) in Lagos. The role is about resourcing and placing top talent with top companies, building relationships with candidates and clients, and developing into a full 360-degree recruitment consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Resourcing and placing candidates through networking, headhunting and database work
• Developing existing relationships with candidates and building new client relationships through cold calling, networking and lead generation
• Advertising roles according to each client's requirements
• Preparing candidates for interviews and giving them interview feedback
• Keeping up to date with each client's specific requirements

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in an agency or recruitment consulting setting
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions
• Ability to work flexibly outside a typical 9-5 schedule, depending on client demands
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of the sales process (selling roles to candidates and candidates to clients)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
