About the role

Gabtar Investment Ltd is hiring a Graduate Trainee in Lagos (Marina). The role combines structured training and on-the-job learning with support for daily operations and projects across assigned departments.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs and on-the-job learning
• Support daily operations and projects across assigned departments
• Learn company policies, procedures and industry standards
• Assist senior staff with tasks, reports and documentation
• Conduct basic research, data entry and analysis as required
• Attend meetings, training sessions and performance reviews
• Apply learned skills to improve work processes and performance

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a minimum of an HND in a relevant field
• Completion of NYSC or currently serving (where applicable)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to new environments

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and related tools)
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good time management and organizational skills
