Talent Acquisition and Engagement Executive

About the role

A results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive is sought to support the organisation's recruitment needs across business and corporate functions. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding qualified candidates, working closely with hiring managers to meet workforce requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies across business and corporate functions.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and track recruitment metrics with regular hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 3-6 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in financial services, banking, FinTech, lending or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies and meeting recruitment targets.
• CIPM, SHRM, PHRi or another relevant HR certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment data and applicant tracking/recruitment systems.

What we offer

• Net monthly salary of N423,000 with a performance bonus.
