Supply Chain Cordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Cordinator will manage the end‑to‑end procurement and logistics process for Cay L'Roche Ltd, ensuring that materials, equipment and services are sourced, purchased and delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
• Source, evaluate and select suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules and manage logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, deliveries and supplier documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, trigger replenishment and prevent stock‑outs.
• Liaise with Engineering, Operations and other departments to meet supply requirements.
• Track supplier performance, lead times, pricing and compliance.
• Support customs clearance, freight forwarding and international logistics where needed.
• Develop and maintain a supplier database and strong supplier relationships.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve supply‑chain efficiency.
• Prepare periodic procurement and supply‑chain reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain coordination.
• At least an HND or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Mid‑level professional with strong analytical abilities.
