Superintendent Pharmacist (Lagos)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee pharmacy operations, and deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care while driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy operations.
• Manage inventory, controlled medicines, and stock accuracy.
• Lead, supervise, and develop pharmacy staff.
• Provide high‑quality pharmaceutical care and patient counseling.
• Monitor prescription dispensing for accuracy.
• Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage license renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D).
• Current registration and practising licence with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in a retail or community pharmacy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of pharmacy regulations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems is an advantage.
