Study Counselor

About the role

The Study Counselor will guide prospective students through the process of pursuing education abroad. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping candidates identify suitable programmes and institutions that match their academic goals and personal circumstances.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counselling on overseas education opportunities and advise on suitable courses.
• Assist qualified candidates in preparing and submitting applications to foreign universities and colleges.
• Promote partner institutions and maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student documentation.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in student counselling or a similar advisory role.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer‑service orientation.
• Professional work ethics and the ability to relate to diverse student backgrounds.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational abilities for managing multiple applications.
• Knowledge of the company’s education products and services.
