Studio Manager

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is looking for a proactive Studio Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its photography and videography studio in Akwa Ibom. You will coordinate creative teams, manage studio bookings, and ensure high‑quality production delivery for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage studio schedules, bookings, productions, and client sessions.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, editors, assistants and other creative team members.
• Set up and maintain studio lighting, backdrops, props, cameras, audio equipment and other production materials.
• Supervise studio shoots, monitor project timelines and ensure content is delivered on schedule.
• Maintain records of bookings, equipment usage, projects and expenses, and support budgeting and inventory management.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Photography, Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, Fine Arts or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in studio management or related media production role.
• Strong organizational, leadership and client‑management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
