Strategic Finance & International Growth Partner

About the role

The Strategic Finance & International Growth Partner is a full‑time remote position responsible for shaping Tarcontent’s financial strategy and driving its global expansion. You will develop international growth plans, evaluate new markets, and build strategic partnerships that enable sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with internal stakeholders and external partners to align financial strategy with operational execution.
• Manage key accounts and oversee business development initiatives across target markets.
• Design scalable frameworks for international operations and continuously improve financial controls, reporting, and risk management.
• Prepare forecasts, financial models, and actionable insights to support leadership decisions on investments and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and high‑impact collaboration management.
• Strong background in consulting, market analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within ICT, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated account management skills with a focus on long‑term, trust‑based relationships with international clients.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, MBA) is a plus.
• Experience working effectively in remote, cross‑functional, multicultural environments.
