About the role
The State Coordinator (POS) will lead operational, sales and performance activities for Palmpay in the assigned state. Based in Calabar, the role ensures that field operations, agent management and policy compliance are executed efficiently to meet company KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all field operations, including deployments, policy switches and performance directives.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, track POS deployment, activation and transaction performance.
- Supervise Business Development officers, aggregators and field staff, allocate tasks and conduct performance reviews.
- Onboard, manage and retain aggregators and agents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and monthly reports, validate data on live sheets, BI reports and dashboards.
- Enforce policy compliance, communicate updates and resolve escalations.
- Act as liaison between state teams and regional management, collaborating with Operations, BI, Aftersales and HR.
- Organise trainings for aggregators, agents and field staff, promoting best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in coordinating field operations and sales activities.
- Strong supervisory skills with ability to manage teams and agents.
- Analytical mindset for monitoring KPIs and reporting.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and issue‑resolution capabilities.
Required skills
- POS system deployment and activation.
- Data validation and reporting using BI tools and dashboards.
