Software Engineering Manager

About the role

Cavista Technologies is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and manage multiple agile teams of engineers, team leads, and product managers. You will drive strategic initiatives, set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of web‑based services, and ensure delivery of high‑quality SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple agile scrum teams delivering web, mobile, and integration solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance, prioritize issues, and resolve challenging bugs.
• Develop and scale cloud‑based SaaS platforms, ensuring security and performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align vision, strategy, and product priorities.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, allocating resources to maximize ROI.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering leadership experience with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and agile delivery.
• 2–4 years of people‑management experience building and motivating large technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle security concerns for SaaS platforms.
• Strong organizational, business judgment, and technical leadership skills.
