About the role
The Social Media Officer will manage BMDirect’s social media presence, creating and publishing engaging content, responding to inquiries, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
- Monitor trends, optimise campaigns and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to showcase products and projects.
- Track performance metrics, prepare basic reports and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement.
Required profile
- Strong content creation and writing skills aligned with brand voice.
- Experience in social media marketing and SMO to grow audiences and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication for interacting with online audiences and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with major platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
