Social Media Marketing Associate

About the role

Hadi Africa is looking for a proactive Social Media Marketing Associate to shape and execute the social media strategy for its finance division. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn business stories into engaging digital content and drive measurable marketing outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, managing the content calendar across platforms.
• Collaborate with product, customer experience and field teams to source stories, updates and visual assets.
• Coordinate video production, field content capture and creative asset creation.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns using audience insights and performance data.
• Monitor, analyse and report on social media metrics, recommending improvements to grow reach, engagement and lead generation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proven track record managing social media accounts for a brand.
• Portfolio showcasing video content, social posts and campaign results.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager for paid social campaign execution.
