About the role
We are looking for an organised Social Media & Marketing Officer to manage our online activity, engage our audience and execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and our website.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and publish relevant content on all active social platforms.
- Write persuasive captions, keep pages and Stories active, and manage community interactions.
- Coordinate buying enquiries with the customer service team.
- Collaborate with the content creator to deliver product promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Review platform insights, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts and executing campaigns.
- Strong caption writing, audience engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret social media results and suggest practical next steps.
- Initiative, attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools.
- Practical Meta advertising experience.
