Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead TITA Universal Services Limited’s online presence, creating engaging content and driving audience interaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Write compelling captions, posts, and campaign copy; produce or coordinate reels and short videos.
• Monitor comments, messages, and overall audience engagement, responding promptly.
• Stay current on social media trends and generate fresh content ideas.
• Support online campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and work with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop strategies to increase reach, followers, engagement, leads, and conversions, driving traffic to the brand’s pages.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.
