Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, digital content distribution, marketing campaigns, and audience growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple platforms, growing digital audiences, promoting media productions, developing marketing campaigns, and using data to drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
• Manage digital distribution, scheduling and promotion of podcasts, live shows, interviews and original content.
• Grow YouTube channels through content strategy, SEO, optimization, audience retention and analytics.
• Plan and run digital marketing, lead‑generation, paid social and advertising campaigns.
• Lead creative direction, storytelling, branding and content production.
• Engage online communities, manage creator and influencer partnerships.
• Track performance, analyze data, measure ROI and recommend improvements.
• Support business development activities such as pitches, proposals, sponsorships and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital or content marketing.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and digital audiences.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media analytics and YouTube optimization.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns and digital advertising.
• Excellent creative, communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, production and business‑development teams.
