Social Media Manager

About the role

Abitop Home is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead its online presence and engage audiences across multiple platforms. You will shape the brand’s voice, produce compelling content, and drive measurable results that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Create high‑quality copy, graphics, and short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks) tailored to each platform.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and nurture an online community.
• Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, click‑through, conversions) and produce regular performance reports.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar social media role.
• Mid‑level professional with proven ability to manage multiple channels.
