Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the creation and execution of digital strategies that showcase COVE Real Estate’s projects, engage audiences, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with sales, business development, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Manage and maintain profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring brand consistency.
• Produce engaging graphics, videos, reels, stories, property showcases, and promotional copy.
• Coordinate photography, videography, drone footage, and virtual tours for campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
• Generate qualified leads and track conversions from social channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid social advertising campaigns within budget.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or property management is an advantage.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and generating leads.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
• Experience using analytics tools to measure performance.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising and audience targeting.
