Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Executive to enhance our clinic’s online presence and communicate effectively with current and prospective patients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage a social media content calendar aligned with the clinic’s services, campaigns and business goals.
• Create, write and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Produce or coordinate graphics, short videos, reels and stories.
• Explain dental services and oral health topics in clear language, verifying clinical information with dental professionals.
• Manage comments and direct messages, responding to routine enquiries and escalating clinical questions or urgent concerns.
• Coordinate with dentists and staff to gather approved content and patient education material.
• Obtain documented consent before sharing identifiable patient content.
• Support promotions, campaigns, events and other marketing activities.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement and campaign results.
• Stay updated on platform features and social media trends, applying them appropriately to the clinic’s brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 3 years of social media or digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing business or brand accounts and creating content for multiple platforms.
• Portfolio or examples of previous campaigns and content.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness or another regulated service environment is an advantage.
