About the role
We are looking for a creative individual to produce engaging photos, videos, reels and posts that showcase our salon’s hairstyles, haircuts, treatments, nail services and other beauty offerings. The role involves managing our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp Business.
Key responsibilities
- Create and edit high‑quality visual content, including before‑and‑after transformations and customer experiences.
- Develop and implement content strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement and bookings.
- Write attractive captions and promotional copy for services, discounts and special offers.
- Respond promptly to comments, direct messages and online inquiries.
- Collaborate with salon staff to plan content and promote available services.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant trends into posts.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach and inquiries.
