Service Delivery Coordinator – Drilling Services

About the role

As a Service Delivery Coordinator you will lead the execution of drilling service contracts, ensuring on‑time delivery, safety, and profitability for Baker Hughes. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinating activities across multiple teams and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Protect the health and safety of personnel and the environment.
• Execute all activities in line with company non‑negotiables, processes, and cultural pillars.
• Fully understand and capitalize on assigned contracts/quotes.
• Coordinate and monitor job activities across organizational boundaries as defined in MTJC.
• Serve as the primary client contact for job preparation, execution, and close‑out, managing the relationship to ensure business success.
• Follow client MOC/escalation processes and promptly raise issues that could impact service delivery.
• Ensure invoices match contracts/quotes, prevent revenue leakage, and support timely cash collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in drilling services.
• Experience supervising or coordinating drilling/completion fluids operations.
• Technical knowledge and engineering understanding of drilling services.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with directional drilling.
