Senior Videographer

About the role

Moniepoint is seeking a Senior Videographer to lead end-to-end video production for its brand and internal communications. The role combines hands-on shooting and editing with proactive stakeholder management, reporting to the production pod lead.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full video lifecycle—from concept, shooting, and editing to final delivery—without delegating or outsourcing core tasks.
• Manage timelines and communicate proactively with stakeholders, flagging risks early to keep projects on schedule.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to raising the studio’s production standards.
• Develop fresh creative formats and ideas that enhance Moniepoint’s visual storytelling across documentary, talking-head, event, and executive content.

Required profile

• 4-6+ years of video production experience with a portfolio that includes self-shot and self-edited work.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders directly, especially under tight deadlines.
• Strong storytelling instincts across multiple formats such as documentary, talking-head, event, and executive videos.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability in a small production team.
