About the role
Leaders Network is seeking a UI/UX Engineer to design intuitive, responsive, and user‑friendly web and mobile interfaces that meet both user and business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity interface designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, layouts, typography, and visual elements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and address usability issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, UI/UX Engineer, or a similar role.
- Strong visual design, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Figma or comparable design tools.
- Good knowledge of responsive design, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
