Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our data‑intensive enterprise tools. You will work closely with product, engineering and AI teams to create intuitive, high‑impact user experiences for CRM dashboards and AI‑powered features.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design lifecycle from research and wireframes to high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Simplify complex workflows for CRM dashboards, pipeline management and other enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to embed predictive insights, automated recommendations and conversational interfaces into the UI.
• Establish, scale and maintain a design system ensuring consistency, accessibility and efficiency.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align business goals with user needs through iterative feedback and testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands‑on experience designing CRM or similarly data‑heavy platforms.
• Proven track record of designing AI‑powered interfaces with clear presentation of machine‑learning outputs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating analytical thinking, user research and problem‑solving for complex interactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
