Senior Sales Executive – Hybrid Power Systems

About the role

JMG Limited is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to lead the sales of hybrid power solutions across industrial, commercial, telecom, healthcare, real‑estate and institutional customers. The role combines technical knowledge of solar PV, battery storage and energy management with strong client‑facing and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities for hybrid power systems, including solar PV, battery storage and integrated energy solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share in the renewable‑energy sector.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client energy requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design customized hybrid solutions and support pre‑sales and after‑sales activities.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, consultants and developers, providing technical guidance on system sizing, ROI and product selection.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and government policies to uncover new opportunities and feed product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven sales experience in hybrid power systems, solar energy or battery storage solutions.
• Demonstrated success selling solar PV, BESS, inverters or integrated energy projects.
• Existing network in commercial, industrial, telecom, manufacturing, healthcare, education, real‑estate or oil & gas sectors is preferred.
