Senior Operations Analyst – Google Workspace (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to manage and optimize Google Workspace environments for a global client. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting teams across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace accounts, handling user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission settings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and other Workspace apps.
• Monitor system performance, security compliance, and usage analytics to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce best practices for data protection and access controls.
• Create training materials and deliver documentation to end‑users on Workspace tools and features.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• Google Workspace administration via the Google Admin Console.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace security features such as 2‑step verification, DLP, and OAuth policies.
• Experience with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting email, calendar, and collaboration tool issues.
