Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the on‑site HR professional for RxAll Nigeria, bridging the CEO and the local team. You will ensure day‑to‑day HR operations, compliance with Nigerian labour law, and alignment of people strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR functions including attendance, leave, staff discipline, grievance handling and performance documentation.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning, employee‑relations cases and performance‑management cycles.
• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and programs to foster a high‑performance, inclusive culture.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF) and mitigate legal risk.
• Drive talent development initiatives, coach managers and use HR metrics to guide decisions.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in HR with at least 8 years of generalist/HRBP experience.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution and investigations.
• Working knowledge of Nigerian labour, compensation and data‑privacy legislation.
• Experience in performance management, organisational design and change management.
• Excellent communication, analytical abilities and strategic advisory skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; SHRM or CIPM certification is a plus.
