Senior Coordinator, Talent Management

About the role

The Senior Coordinator, Talent Management will support the People and Culture department in delivering seamless talent programs, focusing on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

Key responsibilities

• Guide implementation and maintenance of Talent Management systems (eLearning, performance software).
• Identify opportunities to streamline talent processes and improve employee and manager experience.
• Oversee the annual skills and performance review process, including system configuration, timeline communication, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the talent cycle, goal/KPI setting, and staff review feedback.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries on performance management.
• Advise managers on training needs, track participation, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports on talent metrics such as promotion rates and succession readiness.
• Maintain accurate talent data and ensure data integrity across all talent management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in an HR coordination role with exposure to talent management, performance management, or learning development.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

• Odoo (HRIS/Talent Management system).
• Microsoft Excel.
