Senior Associate/Manager, Liquidity Management

About the role

Flutterwave is building a trusted payment infrastructure that enables African consumers and businesses to participate in the global economy. The Liquidity Management team is responsible for ensuring that money is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right currency across regional payment processing. This role will help expand integrated liquidity systems and strengthen risk‑management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cash‑flow trends across all Flutterwave products and quantify liquidity risk to inform business decisions.
• Manage fund movements across multiple operating bank accounts and create dashboards to visualise liquidity metrics.
• Draft and review treasury procedures, conduct trainings for the Operations team, and prepare reports on financial performance, liquidity and risk for senior management.
• Handle payment‑related inquiries and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5‑9 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Operations or Financial Operations.
• Client‑engagement experience and ability to work collaboratively on projects.
• Strong analytical, presentation and report‑writing skills with high attention to detail.
