Senior AI Engineer – Machine Learning Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine‑learning models that power our hospitality platforms. You will build AI‑driven features for both mobile and web applications, enhancing recommendation, chatbot, and predictive capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine‑tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various product features.
• Develop AI‑powered recommendation systems, chatbots, document search (RAG), computer‑vision pipelines, and predictive analytics.
• Build and expose AI services through robust APIs and integrate them into existing products.
• Optimize model accuracy, latency, and scalability for production use.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation on large datasets.
• Stay current with cutting‑edge AI research and implement best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Strong portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing AI or machine‑learning projects.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API).
• API development with FastAPI or Flask.
• Vector‑search databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
