Sales/Marketing Lead

About the role

Odixcity Consulting is seeking a Sales/Marketing Lead to drive new business for crane rentals and sales across infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for construction managers, contractors and engineering firms, matching the right crane to each job site.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients needing crane rentals or purchases.
• Conduct site visits, provide technical consultations and recommend appropriate crane specifications.
• Prepare competitive proposals, negotiate rates and close profitable agreements.
• Build long‑term relationships with construction managers, general contractors and engineering firms.
• Monitor competitor activity and market pricing to adjust sales strategies.

Required profile

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, B.D.O. or sales within real estate, logistics, oil & gas, automobile or heavy‑duty equipment leasing.
• Proven record of cold‑calling, site visits and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Understanding of crane capabilities (tonnage) and boom length specifications.
• Knowledge of job‑site logistics and construction machinery.

What we offer

• Base remuneration of NGN 200,000 per month.
• Transportation allowance of NGN 100,000.
• Data allowance of NGN 30,000 and airtime allowance of NGN 20,000.
• 2% commission on crane sales profit.
