About the role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients for our recruitment and HR services. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients and organizations.
  • Generate leads, schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual or physical), and convert prospects into clients.
  • Promote the company’s recruitment and HR services and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
