Sales Specialist - Financial Software Solutions

About the role

Trusoft Limited, a digital transformation company designing software for sectors such as education, healthcare and finance, is hiring a Sales Specialist with knowledge of financial products. The role promotes and sells Trusoft's financial software to existing and prospective clients. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell financial software solutions to existing and prospective clients
• Identify sales opportunities and conduct product demonstrations
• Explain the value and features of financial technology products clearly and accessibly
• Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with product, technical and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs and market trends
• Prepare proposals, contribute to sales strategies, take part in training sessions and give feedback to improve products and sales performance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven sales and sales management experience, including meeting targets and managing a sales pipeline for software or financial products
• Solid understanding of financial products, services or fintech solutions, preferably in the Nigerian market
• Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Lagos

Required skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills, able to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Experience delivering training or product presentations to clients or internal teams
• Ability to analyse client needs and turn them into suitable product offerings
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software for sales management and reporting
