Sales Representative – Veterinary Products

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive sales and business growth for KattleCare Limited’s veterinary and animal health products across the assigned territory. You will develop sales strategies, manage key customer relationships, and ensure product availability to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Manage and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, veterinary doctors, agro‑dealers, poultry and livestock farmers.
• Supervise and support the sales team to meet business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
• Ensure effective distribution and product availability.
• Organise and participate in customer visits, product presentations, and promotional activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Required profile

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or a degree in Animal Science, Animal Production, Animal Health, Veterinary Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a sales representative in the specified Nigerian regions (Epe, Ikorodu, Ogun, Enugu, Port‑Harcourt, Kanji).
• Current residence in the territory applied for.
• Valid driver’s license (motorcycle or car).
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
