About the role

The Sales Representative will drive student enrollment for Cornerstone Limited by generating and nurturing leads across both digital and physical channels. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop sales expertise within the education sector while contributing to the growth of the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through online platforms and offline outreach.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Represent the institution at outreach events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Promote courses and services using digital marketing and physical marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of sales or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
