Sales Representative – Nylon Printing & Packaging

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive new business and promote AJC Nigeria Limited’s nylon printing and packaging services across Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State. The role focuses on acquiring customers, building relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities for nylon printing and packaging solutions.
• Promote AJC Nigeria Limited’s services through customer visits, quotations, and follow‑up activities.
• Negotiate terms, convert leads into sales, and achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in sales, marketing or business development (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the Port Harcourt business environment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Effective use of email and other digital communication tools.
