Sales Representative – Medical & Healthcare Products

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote Ceptua International Limited’s medical and healthcare products to professionals and institutions across Lagos. You will build relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other decision‑makers while driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market medical and healthcare products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, doctors, pharmacists and laboratory staff.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities within the Lagos territory.
• Conduct product presentations, explaining features, benefits and appropriate applications.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up leads, convert prospects into sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders and market feedback.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Attend relevant healthcare events, exhibitions and seminars as required.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Health Science, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Entry‑level candidates accepted; prior experience in medical, pharmaceutical or general sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Willingness to travel within Lagos and reside in or be willing to work in Lagos.
