Sales Representative

About the role

MIFoods Agro Online Limited is hiring a full-time Sales Representative based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role covers prospecting, product presentation and closing sales, with a focus on meeting recurring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customers through calls, visits and digital outreach
• Present and demo products, tailor solutions, handle objections, negotiate terms and close sales
• Meet recurring targets, update the CRM, prepare quotes and orders and coordinate delivery and support
• Follow up after the sale, resolve issues and identify upsell or referral opportunities

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred
• 1-2 years of sales experience or a strong track record; an FMCG or food background is a plus
• Excellent communication, active listening and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven, customer-focused, honest, reliable and flexible with schedule
• Driver's licence required for field roles
