Sales Representative – Amusa Screeding Cement

About the role

Amusa Screeding Industries Limited produces Amusa Screeding Cement, a premium wall finishing and screeding solution for luxury real estate, high-end residential and commercial construction. The company is expanding its market presence across Lagos and is looking for a full-time, results-oriented Sales Representative to promote the product to builders, contractors, developers and hardware distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales channels by building relationships with real estate developers, building contractors, architects and hardware retail distributors across Lagos.
• Promote the product at industry exhibitions, trade shows and client presentations, highlighting its quality, technical advantages and cost efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and distributors to encourage repeat orders and brand loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and distribution targets.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market demand, and share feedback with management.
• Work with logistics and finance teams on product delivery and payment collection.

Required profile

• 10-15 years of proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in construction, building materials or real estate.
• A strong network of contacts among contractors, builders and hardware distributors in Lagos is a distinct advantage.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and mobility across Lagos are an added advantage.
