Sales Promoters – Mobile Installment Financing

About the role

Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product nationwide and seeks enthusiastic Sales Promoters to work at designated 3C HUB retail outlets. You will engage walk‑in customers, promote phone financing solutions and guide them through onboarding and application.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage walk‑in customers at 3C HUB locations to promote the mobile installment financing product.
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria and financing terms clearly.
• Assist customers with onboarding, application submission and required documentation.
• Provide accurate information, answer inquiries and address concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with store staff and Flexi MFB operations teams to ensure efficient loan processing and approvals.
• Track daily leads, applications, conversions and other sales metrics.
• Follow up with pending customers to complete applications and secure final approvals.
• Ensure compliance with sales guidelines, customer verification processes and KYC requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, NCE or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking or telecom product sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.
• Result‑driven mindset with focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in using smartphones and digital onboarding tools.
