Sales Person

About the role

The Sales Person will drive new business growth and nurture existing client relationships for a company operating in the Advertising, Media & Communications sector. This full‑time position is based in Lagos and focuses on achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present, promote and sell the company's products or services.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close profitable deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions to generate opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve market share.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. degree.
• At least 4 years (48 months) of experience in a similar sales role.
• Mid‑level professional with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
