Sales Officer – Drive Growth for HR Consulting Firm

About the role

We are a growing HR consulting and training firm seeking a proactive Sales Officer to generate revenue, build client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential B2B and B2C markets, generate and qualify leads.
• Convert leads into sales, nurture client relationships, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events to boost brand awareness.
• Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports and consistently meet monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience with a proven track record.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Passionate, persistent, and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Graphic design knowledge (advantageous).
• Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
