Sales Officer – B2B & B2C Sales Executive

About the role

Lopterra Services Limited, a growing HR consulting and training firm, is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to drive revenue across both business and individual markets. You will identify prospects, sell consulting services, and nurture client relationships to meet monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B and B2C leads, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Present and sell HR consulting and training services, converting leads into closed deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and increase conversion rates.
• Participate in sales meetings, propose innovative strategies, and represent the company at trade events.
• Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to track progress.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Experience selling services is preferred.
