Sales & Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Strategist will create qualified opportunities, convert prospects into paying clients, and build a predictable revenue pipeline for the company. You will be responsible for selling a range of services including sales training, recruitment, digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients across multiple channels.
• Sell services such as sales training, recruitment, digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
• Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Prospect via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals, and networking.
• Schedule and lead sales meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and follow up until conversion.
• Build strategic partnerships that generate recurring business.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, opportunities, and closed deals.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and people‑oriented.
• Strong command of English and ability to build relationships with prospects and clients.

What we offer

• ₦100,000 monthly base salary.
• 5% commission on successful sales plus commission on net profit from sales partnerships.
• 3‑month probation period with salary review after 6 months based on performance.
