Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator will drive B2B and B2C lead generation, manage order processing across multiple channels, and support field marketing activities for a fast‑growing retail brand in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up sales leads via calls, WhatsApp, referrals, research and physical visits, maintaining an active pipeline.
• Coordinate offline marketing activities such as flyer distribution, activations, events and business visits.
• Process orders from WhatsApp, Jumia, Konga and other approved channels, pick and pack items, and oversee delivery riders and couriers.
• Manage inventory, record stock and order data, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights for the Social Media Manager and senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, business development, e‑commerce or retail operations.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proactive, independent lead‑generation approach.
• Ability to commute to Lekki and travel within Lagos for field activities.
• Trustworthy, accountable and capable of working with minimal supervision; verifiable references required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp Business for customer communication.
• Advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets for record‑keeping.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Jumia and Konga (advantage).
• Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT for research and productivity.
