About the role

Build upon your classroom studies through Marriott’s Hotel Internship Program, where you will learn first‑hand about hotel operations and experience the industry from the ground up. The program immerses you in Marriott’s culture and business, offering exposure to many areas of the hotel, from sales and marketing to front‑desk and guest services. By gaining hands‑on experience in the exciting world of hotel management, you’ll be better prepared to pursue opportunities after graduation and kick‑start your career in the travel industry. To be considered, you must be a current college or university student.
