Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive new business and nurture client relationships for Heirs Life Assurance. The role will directly contribute to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities, promoting insurance products and closing successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and social media.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products and communicate their value and benefits to prospects.
• Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations for individuals and corporate prospects.
• Negotiate terms, finalize contracts and close deals that meet client and company goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and referrals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
