Sales & Marketing Executive – Healthcare

About the role

Doctoro Limited is seeking experienced Sales & Marketing Executives to expand its digital healthcare platform across Nigeria. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Lagos, focusing on acquiring hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, HMOs and other healthcare organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage healthcare institutions, presenting Doctoro’s digital solutions to key decision‑makers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process through onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing activities and market development initiatives.
• Gather customer intelligence and collaborate with internal teams to meet acquisition and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, health technology or health insurance.
• Established professional relationships with hospitals, clinic owners, medical directors or other healthcare decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate agreements and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Nigeria’s healthcare landscape and institutional procurement processes.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools and digital productivity applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
