Sales & Marketing Associate – Insurance

About the role

Heirs Life Assurance is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role directly contributes to the company’s growth by promoting insurance products and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products to communicate value effectively.
• Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations for individual and corporate prospects.
• Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and close deals that meet client and company goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset.
