Sales Manager – Plumbing Products

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the distribution of our plumbing product range across Nigeria. The role involves driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate distributors nationwide.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plumbing products.
• Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, dealers, and key customers.
• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor distributor performance and develop strategies for improvement.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry and competitor trends.
• Expand product distribution and increase market penetration.
• Negotiate commercial terms with distributors and major clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide business performance updates.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in plumbing sales or related building materials sales.
• In‑depth knowledge of the plumbing products market and distribution channels.
• Proven experience managing distributors and developing business.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong business development and networking abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales management position is highly preferred.
